Meet City Council Candidate Tammy Caputi! 🤝 Tammy Caputi began her first term on the Scottsdale City Council in Jan 2021 and is now running for a second term. With nearly 25 years of experience living and working in Scottsdale, she is the president and owner of Yale Electric West, Inc. A dedicated mother of three daughters, all of whom attend local schools, Tammy holds a BA in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from Simmons University.
