“Come On-A My House” was a hit in 1951, recorded by Irish-American Rosemary Clooney but written by two Armenian-American men, William Saroyan and his cousin Ross Bagdasarian. Originally written in 1939 during a road trip the cousins took across the country, the music was based on an Armenian folk song.
