For authors - BMJ Case Reports
All submissions to BMJ Case Reports require the completion of author statements. At least one of the co-authors should be the lead clinician responsible for the patient’s care and responsible for the integrity of the content of the case report, signed informed consent and author statements accompanying each manuscript.
