McIlroy started Sunday tied with Gotterup, but had a handful of players within arm’s reach, including Matt Fitzpatrick, Wyndham Clark, and Jake Knapp. The 2025 Genesis Scottish Open has a $9 million purse with the winner taking home a check for $1.575 million.
