ROCHESTER HILLS, MI -- A second suspect in the murder of Hussein Murray is expected to be arraigned Friday on charges of murder and unlawful imprisonment. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Zuazo, 39, of Dearborn, will appear in court around 1:15 p.m. for his arraignment, four days after he was arrested in Plymouth.

Joshua Zuazo, 39, of Dearborn, has been charged with the murder of 72-year-old Rochester Hills businessman Hussein Murray.

A second suspect has been named in a warrant on connection with the killing of an elderly jeweler who let killers inside his home when they posed as DTE technicians claiming they needed to inspect the house for an emergency.

Oakland County Sheriff's deputies have arrested the second suspect in a brutal murder of the Rochester Hills man last week when two individuals posing as utility workers entered the victim's home before killing him.

Police are still looking for a second suspect accused of posing as a DTE worker to get inside a Rochester Hills home and murder an elderly man last week. One of the suspects was arrested in Louisiana over the weekend.

The suspect was apprehended Monday in Plymouth Township and held in the death of Hussein Murray, 72, in his home.

One of two men accused of pretending to be DTE Energy workers to gain access to a Rochester Hills home where a man was murdered and a woman was tied up has been taken into custody.
