Anthony Edwards had 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three steals for a Minnesota team that never trailed. In fact, Minnesota jumped out to a 13-0 lead and even led by double digits for the final 40 minutes and 32 seconds of the game.

In Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals, Minnesota had full control over Golden State, having a lead as large as 25 points. The Timberwolves didn't come away without an injury scare, however, as star shooting guard Anthony Edwards went down in the second quarter with an ankle injury.

Edwards, the Timberwolves’ 23-year-old leader and already one of the league’s top players, had to be helped off the floor midway through the second quarter after Trayce Jackson-Davis landed on his left ankle defending an attempt at the rim.
