The Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War have been holding this memorial service every year since 1881.

People will be able to get another big experience soon, when the big-name drivers will be making a stop in Michigan on June 8, for the Firekeepers Casino 400.

Lansing veterans and city officials are encouraging people to stop by Little Arlington if they find the time during their holiday, where the Memorial Day service decorations are on display.
