MGM Resorts International and Marriott International have announced plans to transform the Delano tower on the Las Vegas Strip into W Las Vegas by the end of 2024. The 43-story, 1,117-room property, originally called THEhotel at Mandalay Bay before being rebranded as Delano in 2014, will officially join the W Hotels portfolio under Marriott Bonvoy.

W Las Vegas is part of the two companies’ long-term strategic licensing agreement that was announced in July 2023 and began in March of this year.
