Meghan Markle has sent a sweet message of support to her former Suits co-star Patrick J Adams, five years after the hit show came to an end

Prior to joining the Royal Family and becoming the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle was recognized for her work on the super popular legal series Suits. Meghan played Rachel Zane, a paralegal turned attorney, who developed a romantic interest in her mysterious colleague Mike (Patrick J. Adams).

Patrick J. Adams revealed he is "not really in touch" with his former 'Suits' costar Meghan Markle, as she "leads a very different life now," but he said the Duchess of Sussex did reach out after learning of Adams and Sarah Rafferty's new 'Suits' rewatch podcast.

Meghan Markle still has nothing but love for her former Suits costars. “We are not really in touch. She leads a very different life now for obvious and important reasons,” Patrick J. Adams replied to a fan asking about his and Markle’s relationship via Reddit on Sunday 6.

Among the series' supporting characters are Rick Hoffman, who plays partner Louis Litt, Sarah Rafferty, who plays Harvey's secretary and confidant Donna Paulson, and the one and only Meghan Markle, famed for her role as paralegal Rachel Zane.

Meghan Markle had a "bear of an audition scene" but "crushed it," according to Patrick J. Adams and Sarah Rafferty's podcast.
