Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said there were around 40 people present when the shooting broke out.

Police have identified the three men who were killed in a mass shooting early Monday morning in Grays Ferry, and they also distributed a video in an attempt to identify three of the gunmen involved.
