The 2025 NCAA Women’s March Madness Elite Eight features the best college basketball teams in the country, including USC Trojans, Texas Longhorns, UConn Huskies, TCU Horned Frogs and others.

The outspoken LSU women’s basketball coach snapped at a student reporter on Sunday after the Tigers were eliminated in the Elite Eight of the women’s NCAA tournament. No. 1 UCLA held on to beat LSU 72-65 at Spokane Arena in Washington, which secured the Bruins' first ever trip to the Final Four.

However, Johnson told ESPN on Sunday she is still talking to her family and Kim Mulkey about the draft decision. After the UCLA loss, Johnson talked about what this season meant to her. She said she went through a lot and had to lean on God, while also opening up to her teammates and Mulkey.
