Taylor Ward hit a game-ending three-run homer in the ninth inning, Zach Neto had a home run and three RBIs and the Los Angeles Angels beat the Chicago White Sox 8-5 on Sunday to avoid a three-game sweep.

Gustavo Campero's second home run of the year, a two-run blast to deep center field in the fifth, got the Angels within one, but Colson Montgomery answered with a deep homer of his own in the sixth inning.

Andrew Benintendi, Lenyn Sosa, Colson Montgomery and Josh Rojas homered for the Chicago White Sox in a 6-3 victory against the Los Angeles Angels.
