An Omaha man serving a sentence for felony shoplifting died Monday after being found unresponsive in his cell at the Douglas County Corrections Center.
The National Weather Service issued an extreme cold warning at 2:30 p.m. on Monday valid from 9 p.m. until Tuesday noon for Lincoln Area and Saline County.
