Michigan and coach Dusty May agreed to a multi-year contract extension on Friday amid Indiana's rumored interest in the first-year Wolverines coach.
The couple has been together for 2.5 years, they told MLive minutes after the engagement. Vogler is from Tampa, Florida; Goldin is from Russia. They met at Florida Atlantic, where Goldin played for three years before transferring to Michigan this past offseason. Vogler was a volleyball player there.
Dusty May and Michigan agreed to a new multi-year contract, the school announced Friday. The news comes as Indiana – May’s alma mater – goes through its coaching search. May is in the first season of a five-year contract with Michigan after coming in from Florida Atlantic this season.
Dusty May was named the CBS Sports National Coach of the Year two seasons ago after guiding Florida Atlantic to the 2023 Final Four. Now, in just his first season at Michigan, the 48 year-old Indiana graduate is in position to maybe add another COY award with his Wolverines sitting at 20-5 overall,
"Oh, completely surprised," Camryn Vogler, Goldin's now fiancee, told the Free Press immediately after the big moment. "I had no idea."

ANN ARBOR — Dusty May is only 25 games into his Michigan tenure, but he’s already received a contract extension. Michigan announced the news on Friday evening, a little more than two hours before Michigan will host Michigan State in a battle for first place in the Big Ten.
