The Detroit Lions are hoping to get some key players back from injury during the playoffs, and there's a total of five players who appear to have a chance to make it back at some point in the postseason.

David Montgomery (knee) is the only player missing from the active roster. The starting running back remains in limbo, with the Lions waiting to see how his recovery goes before deciding a course of action. Montgomery missed last week’s game, with Jahmyr Gibbs handling a bell-cow workload in the win.

Gibbs has taken the workhorse role in the first two games without Montgomery and run with the opportunity. He has back-to-back games with 100-plus rushing yards, and has continued to be a receiving threat.
