Sanders’ name was recently evoked by ESPN host Monica McNutt during a segment on the network, which triggered a backlash from fans in the process. “The state of sports media today,” one X poster wrote as he shared a video of McNutt talking to comedian and actor Druski on a ESPN segment alongside Stephen A. Smith.
