The Dallas home of Mavs star Luka Dončić was burglarized Friday, according to a police report. “No one was home at the time and thankfully Luka and his family are safe," his business manager Lara Beth Seager said. "Luka has filed a police report and an investigation is ongoing."

Doncic’s absence means there will be a chance for several other Mavericks players to receive an increased opportunity.

The Dallas Mavericks suffered a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves and, to make matters worse, also lost their offensive leader, Luka Doncic, who is now set to miss a significant number of upcoming games due to injury.
