The Los Angeles Dodgers could use some help. After starting the season 56-32, the Dodgers find themselves in a 2-10 slump, with pitching depth yet again proving to be an issue as injuries mount. That has made the team an obvious buyer ahead of the MLB trade deadline on July 31.

The (mathematically inaccurate) second half is underway and the trade deadline is only 10 days away. Pencils must be down at 6 p.m. ET next Thursday, July 31. Trade chatter and activity will pick up now that the amateur draft is in the rearview mirror and front offices can focus their attention on the deadline.
