While it was Daniel Bryan who made it famous, WWE trademarks an old Bryan Danielson catch phrase-after threatening the AEW star.

WWE and Bryan Danielson have both filed to trademark the same phrase this year. According to records found on the US Patent and Trademark Office website, WWE filed to trademark “Yes Yes Yes” on Monday,

Danielson had previously stated that he would "respect WWE's intellectual property" in his AEW run and not indulge in the "Yes!" chants. That changed when the "Yes Yes Yes" trademark became available in July and Danielson applied for it himself.
