Seminole County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man after a hit-and run Friday that left a bicyclist dead, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

This morning, officials in Seminole County released details on the arrest of Kyle Izbicky, who is alleged to have caused a fatal hit-and-run accident involving a bicyclist in Casselberry.

A 28-year-old Casselberry man faces charges after he struck a bicyclist in Seminole County before fleeing the scene, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Jaleesa Williams, 33, was arraigned in municipal court before Magistrate Meghan Brundege on two counts of assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of expelling bodily substance on a police officer, a fifth-degree felony.

The bicyclist from Macon, Georgia sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on scene by Nassau Fire Rescue, an FHP report said.
