TJ Finley’s attorneys say the quarterback was defrauded by those who sold him the vehicle and is cooperating with authorities.

Tulane quarterback TJ Finley has been suspended following a Wednesday arrest for possessing a car that was reported stolen in Atlanta. According to court documents, Finley faces a

"T.J. looks forward to continuing to cooperate fully with the authorities in hopes of recovering the funds he lost, bringing the criminal(s) to justice, and clearing his name and reputation," his lawyers said.
