COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Workers at a site in South Carolina that once made key parts for nuclear bombs in the U.S. have found a radioactive wasp nest but officials said there is no danger to anyone.

The nest with 10 times more radiation than permitted was found at a facility that once produced parts for US nuclear weapons.

A terrifying discovery was made at a nuclear facility in South Carolina: radioactive wasps. Radiological Control Operations found a wasp nest on a post close to a tank at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, according to a report from the U.S. Department of Energy.
