A total of 12 people have been shot in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood, leaving three people dead, police said.

Three people were pronounced dead and multiple others were wounded following a mass shooting in Philadelphia. The deceased were among 13 victims who were hurt in connection with the shooting, which occurred around 1 a.m. on July 7, according to Philadelphia Police. It reportedly happened in the Grays Ferry area.

Victims included a 15-year-old girl, two 17-year-old boys, and several adults. Three men — ages 19, 23 and 24 — were killed. A 19-year-old man who was shot twice in the head remains in critical condition.
