BEREA, Ohio — The Browns turned heads last season when, after a dramatic run to the playoffs, they reconfigured many of the key pieces of their offensive staff, most notably moving on from Alex Van Pelt as offensive coordinator and replacing him with Ken Dorsey.

A person familiar with the decisions says the Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson following their 3-14 season.
