Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Todd Lyons said his agency was operating its Delaney Hall Detention Center properly under “the law Congress enacted.” Lyons appeared on Fox News’s America Reports following Newark Mayor Ras Baraka’s arrest outside the detention center.

Mayor Ras Baraka, who faces trespassing charges, was again denied entry to Delaney Hall by armed ICE officers.
