A man accused of drugging and sexually assaulting nine women at his homes in Hermosa and Redondo Beach, allegedly killing one of the victims when he drugged her, is facing more than a dozen felony charges,

According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, as little as 2 mg of fentanyl can be lethal. That makes those 50 pounds enough to kill more than 11,000,000 people — or more than live in all of LA County. Aside from its deadly potential, the DEA estimates that the fentanyl is worth more than $4 million on the street.

California law allows an unhoused or homeless voter to participate in the election, said Dean Logan, who oversees the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. “They can register to vote, they can list the cross street where they spend the most of their time, where they lay their head at night," Logan said.

A California man has been charged with drugging and sexually assaulting nine women over the course of three years, including one woman who died from the drugs, prosecutors said Friday.

The victims were allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted at two homes in Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach, according to authorities.

The man, Michael DiGiorgio, is also charged with murdering one of the women, who died after being drugged, prosecutors said.
