Earlier this week, transfer wide receiver Colbie Young from Miami, now in his first year with the Georgia Bulldogs, was arrested and cited on two misdemeanor charges: battery and assault on an unborn child. He was detained early Tuesday morning.

Kirby Smart has announced an indefinite suspension for Georgia wide receiver Colbie Young. Smart shared that news while speaking on the SEC coaches teleconference on Wednesday morning. Smart said the suspension will remain in effect until Young’s “legal situation is resolved.”
