23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports filed a motion Wednesday in U.S. District Court for a preliminary injunction that would allow both teams to compete as chartered teams despite not signing the new charter agreement that begins in 2025. Both teams have filed an antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR.

Front Row Motorsports and 23XI Racing filed for a preliminary injunction to allow the two teams to race as chartered entries in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2025. The two teams said they would be filing for the injunction a week ago when they filed a lawsuit against NASCAR over the sanctioning body’s new charter agreement.
