UPDATE: Flash flood warning likely to expire at 2 p.m., says the NWS
"The heavy rain has ended. Flooding of low-lying and/or poor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance to recede. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," says the NWS Fort Worth TX. The warning is in effect until 2 p.m.
