Stocks moved lower after the Financial Times reported that President Donald Trump is pushing for a minimum tariff of 15% to 20% in talks with the European Union. The report also said that Trump would be content to keep auto sector tariffs at 25%. The current plan is for the U.S. to impose a 30% tariff of European Union imports starting Aug. 1.
