A Maryland woman with a long history of severe mental illness has been held without bail and ordered to receive psychiatric treatment behind bars after she was recently rearrested and charged with murder in the 2014 disappearance of her two children.

A judge found that Hoggle, indicted on two counts of murder in connection with the disappearance of her children, Sarah and Jacob, was a flight risk and a danger to others.
